Came to Godiva to start and build a Channel Marketing Team to be the brand expert to the field sales team and customers as well as being the voice of the customer to the Godiva cross functional team. I led the development of the Wholesale strategy including channel/customer strategy, including product distribution targets, promotional planning, price management and retail merchandising objectives. I developed product and programs to meet sales goals, cost management and profit objectives for my team of 4 direct reports and 34 indirect reports. I optimized a trade promotion, fixture and advertising budget of $12.5M.
