Daily Duties at Clarksville Pain Consultants:
The start up of an inter-disciplinary clinic involving interventional procedures for pain management and rehabilitation. Growth from 4 staff to 22. Communicating and educating care plans with patients and families. Encouraging patient compliance through difficult lifestyle changes. Bridging the understanding of medical and alternative healthcare between different providers. Technical radiology work; C-arm and US operation, sterile procedure prep of patient and tray. Procedures performed include; Medial branch, posterior element, epidurals, joint and trigger point injections. Pre and post procedure patient screening and care. DME delivery, brace fitting and patient training. Radiation Safety Officer. Staff and provider training and development. Implementation of two electronic health record systems and software transcription set up and case management.
