AS NURSE MANAGER OF INPATIENT REHAB: RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTEGRATED DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS FOR INPATIENT REHABILITATION IN SUPPORT OF THE HOSPITAL MISSION, VISION AND FACILITY GOALS, 24HOURS A DAY. IDENTIFIES THE COST-EFFECTIVE SYSTEMS NEEDED TO SUPPORT TEH BUSINESS OF THE DEPARTMENT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT BUSINESS TRENDS, RESOURCE AVAILABIITY AND CHANGES IN CUSTOMERS. ESTABLISHES EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL CONSTITUENCIES, INCLUDING PATIENTS, PHYSICIANS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS AND VENDOR. WORK WITH DIRECTOR I MEETING FACILITY GOALS THROUGH PROGRAMS/PROCESS DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PROCESS RELATED TO CARE OF COMPEHENSIVE REHABILITATION PATIENT POPULATTION, ASSURANCE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND FINANCIAL FEASIBLITY. RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN CARF STANDARDS. MAINTAIN ADMISSION CRITERIA ACCORDING TO MEDICARE QUIDELINES. ENSURE PAI DATA IS MAINTAINED PATIENT ADVOCATE RESPONSIBLITIES:
