Daily Duties at Aecom:
Manage and coordinate operational, contractual, financial, and administrative functions on a total of nine classified 5-year multi-million dollar language and intelligence Government contracts and associated short-term task orders in accordance with contractual terms and conditions. Achievements: Increased program profitability, by reaching 100% staffing, reducing travel cost, and improving communications for all staff to fully comply with company and program policies. Designated point-of-contact for oral and written communications between Government-client and company representatives at all levels. Perform corporate managerial duties and presented program monthly reviews to board of directors. Assist in the identification and capture of new business opportunities within client space. As required, support the creation of technical and business proposals for new or follow-on business opportunities beyond those generated through organic growth.
