Daily Duties at Ernst & Young:

• Full support of 3 Partners (Global Partner, TSRS Partner, Area Partner) • Full support of 15 senior managers and 7 Project Managers • External Scheduling Coordination • Travel arrangements (International (60% for Partners) & Domestic (95% for everyone) • Expense reports and capture of time worked through GT&E system for all people I support • Phone coverage for all Partners • Liaison with EA of partners in our clients office • Coordinate and plan domestic and international travel arrangements (i.e. week and month long visits to Asia, Australia and Europe) coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, meetings and events. • Proficiently use automated calendar management tools ( e.g., Lotus Notes calendar, Palm Pilot, etc.). Advise/train others on calendar management tools when requested. • Effectively use firm/area travel and meeting policies and procedures to complete all aspects of travel and meeting arrangements and ensure accuracy. Coordinate large internal or external meetings/events or conferences. Document Preparation Management Format and edit letters, reports, and all other correspondence from the draft stage to client-ready work; • Develop and edit complex business documents from limited information with guidance. Advise/train on document retention policies and procedures. • Technology/Knowledge and Information Management Work with firm-standard versions of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and other relevant software • Daily Travel arrangements for Executives, Senior Manager and Partners both Domestic and International. • Responsible for creating Power Point, Word and Excel presentation as well as responsible for proofreading presentations created by Senior Managers.
