 Managed, supervised, and oversaw all salon and spa operations with a team of 30 employees within salon and spa facility, projecting a positive image and maintaining cooperative/teamwork, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction to ensure achievement of sales goals.  Utilized effective recruiting techniques to attract qualified technicians to achieve staffing goals and sales/staff ratios.  Data Input and monitoring of payroll and expenditure to successfully achieve aggressive spa and profit plan.  Reviewed financial data, prepared management reports, and performed all other administrative functions accurately and timely.  Planned and coordinated salon and spa promotions and events, created a salon and spa loyalty program to maximize market place positioning.  Oversaw staff schedules and responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity.  Oversaw purchasing and stock control to ensure inventory control.  Enforced safety, maintenance and cleanliness procedures to ensure a clean, safe working environment.
