Daily Duties at Bayada Nurses:
Managed and trained clinical staff. Developed and presented educational inservices I oversaw a team of 20 operational people which included employees and contractors PT, OT, ST, RN ,LPN and HHA's and office staff including 2 clinical supervisors. Provide oversight of financial and quality audits. Trended and analyzed performance improvement and quality data. Act as employing officer for hires and termination of all office and field staff. Responsible for oversight of accounts receivable and payable.
