Daily Duties at Mercy Home Health:
I oversaw a team of 60 operational people which included employees and contractors PT, OT, ST, RN ,LPN and HHA's and office staff including 3 clinical managers. Provide oversight of financial and quality audits. Trended and analyzed performance improvement and quality data. Act as employing officer for hires and termination of all office and field staff. Responsible for oversight of accounts receivable and payable
