Serology/Blood Banking/Infectious Disease Serology Tucker, Georgia Worked as a generalist group lead, and acted as Assistant Supervisor in the absence of the Shift Supervisor, supervising 10 MT’s and 2 lab aides; responsible for QA Documentation/Preventive Maintenance throughout the department, including scheduling of employees, safety, chemical inventory, department documentation, and ongoing continuing education of staff. Performed technical writing for Standard Operating Procedures, instrument and software validation scripts and validation protocols.
