Daily Duties at Csc / Hyatt Services:

Hyatt Services is the client I have worked from 2/2001 thru 6/2012. From 2/2001 thru 1/2012, it was contracted under CSC. When Hyatt did not renew their contract with CSC, it was being administered by Smartsource. My managers, users were the same. Hence my job responsibilities remained the same. It was one continuation. In this case Im thinking can we write ‘Company Name: Hyatt Service/CSC/Smartsource’‘Duration: 2/2001 to 6/2012’. That way the responsibilities can remain the same. I don’t need two paragraphs. Please let me know your thoughts on that. Worked in multiple roles for Hyatt’s Sales & Catering Applications, which accounted for over 40% of all hotel Sales & Catering revenue generated by global Hyatt Hotels. Created detailed collateral documents such as Requirements document, Project Charter document, Project Plan based on discussions with various Project Sponsors. Clarified business requirements and project objectives via feedback sessions and client meetings for Hyatt’s Sales & Catering Applications System. Ensured that client expectations were expressed and met. Modifications often crossed into multiple applications / teams. Wrote thorough functional business specifications and developed prototypes for the client. Oversaw complex projects through its entire life cycle and reported progress to management and the client. Clarified client requirements and business needs for Hyatt's Sales & Catering processes. Translated user requirements into the appropriate technical requirement specifications and worked with developers and QA team to implement and test the designed processes. Trained and mentored new team members both onsite and in India. Coordinated development activities, deliverables and issue resolution of onshore and offshore employees to meet deadlines. Designed and developed new features and functionalities, using PowerBuilder and C, to support the Hyatt’s Sales & Catering Application Systems. Wrote Test Scripts for QA team and business users to ensure that all technical and business requirements would be met for system modifications. Managed resolution of defects. Managed full project lifecycle: planning, development, quality assurance testing and user acceptance. Participated in Change Control Meetings for project deployment to production environment.
