Daily Duties at Ntt Data Inc.:
Create and Manage Project Dependencies using Lotus Notes Tool. Assess, Create and Manage Project Risks. Convert Risks to Issues, Create and Manage Issues on Projects. Participate in weekly Risks/Issues/Dependency PMO meetings for updates. Schedule and / or facilitate meetings for daily touch points, problem resolution, Lessons Learned. Create and coordinate project artifacts ( Architecture Approach, Requirements, Validation documents and Product Readiness Approval Package for formal review by Change Advisory Board (CAB). Status Reporting, Weekly Status meetings and Action Item Tracking. Track external dependencies to a Release and communicate any impacts to the Release Team. Work with the team (Application Architects, Business Architects, Developers) to ensure outstanding defects are communicated and managed. Plan the deployment in conjunction with Change, Knowledge and Configuration Management. Provide IT service and business functional support throughout the Release lifecycle until acceptance by Service Operations. Review enterprise communication for technical impacts on ICP DC4 and ensure they are incorporated into the program. Maintain a high level view of the technical requirements of the program. Provide direction and coordination for technical coordinators working on individual projects within the program. Coordinates resolution of infrastructure issues in development, testing, training and production environments (prior to transition) that have a program-level impact. Create and maintain program-level strategy regarding infrastructure policies and procedures. Communicate infrastructure strategies to the program.
