Directed a department of over 50 engineers, technicians, and direct labor for wafer fabrication of silicon-based optical devices. Managed all process development, yield, sustaining engineering, equipment maintenance, and production. Reported directly to the COO and had budget authority for all fab capital and expense, and peronnel.
