Dentsply Prosthetics Work Values

Daily Duties at Dentsply Prosthetics:

Responsible for 12 million dollar budget and territory covering 8 states (TX, LA, MS, AR, OK, TN, KS, MO). Responsible for the development and management of 6 territory managers. • Currently lead a team of TMs in 8 states promoting dental prosthetics and dental equipment. Utilized CRM to develop business plans and plans of action to target customers and position products. Developed product messaging, utilized continuing education programs, helped develop and implement KPI’s and Key Opinion Leaders, and developed financial proposals tailored for buying groups, schools and corporate accounts. • Member of Pilot programs for the launch of new products and Sales training • Member of a number of special committees to develop loyalty programs, product messaging and sales force deployment for the prosthetics division. This is geared towards increasing brand loyalty and increasing product penetration. • Assisted in the development of reporting tools utilized in targeting and the management of regional personnel. Assisted in the development of Key Performance Indicators • Assisted in the development of the training and launch plans for new product lines. Assisted in the development of marketing materials, support materials, target lists, launch specials, and SPIFF programs. Also assisted in the development of the 2011 compensation plan.
