Daily Duties at Jet Propulsion Laboratory:
- Analyzed and coordinated excess funds report with NASA for excess funds withdrawals on task orders - Supported contract closeout team on task order analysis and final deliverables - Provided billing history, managed un-liquidated obligation report, & processed property release requests - Conducted task order financial analysis through various tools (CFMR, Data Extractor, NASA Recon Tool) - Worked with Project Resource Analysts to ensure task order sub-accounts remain funded and active - Supported Contract Administrators, Resource Analysts, Schedulers, and Management with financial data - Provided customer feedback on funds availability, project phase status, and progress - Worked with management on Ad Hoc assignments (funds analysis, meetings, process improvements) - Managed and coordinated with Cost Accounting on American Recovery Reinvestment Act projects
