Daily Duties at L 3 Communications :
Provided technical support by analyzing hardware and/or software data identified the root cause of system problems and implemented solutions. Responsible for design, integration, operation, detection of malware and management of complex enterprise networks, operating systems, network topologies and network protocols. Made recommendations as it related to network architecture. Additionally, monitored network and reported status to customer in accordance with established policies and procedures
