All talent recruitement, training, development, menu development: item creation, cost effectiveness, written creation/design of actual hard menu (food/beverage),forecasting weekly/monthly sales and budgets- ensure all dept.schedules are at targets, staff incentives for front and back of the house, manager meetings and projects determined; timelines met for all projects, P&l anaysis, store marketing, growth & revenue, cash flow, inventory management weekly/monthly, vendor sourcing and negotiation, develop-imlement training programs, facility management,quarterly training classes for salespeople in store- teach the WOW attitude.guest retention: hands on presence on the floor, guest interaction.Facilitated human resource compliance; conflict resolution
