•Used MS Project to create and assigned resources to IT projects. •Compared project progress with baseline and email reports. •Carried out earned value management to forecast as well as analyzed variances on projects. •Negotiated cost estimate with suppliers. •Maintained daily contact with clients at location sites. •Interfaced with staff and clients during project cycle. •Conducted supplier entry assessment to evaluate potential new suppliers. •Worked extensively with company suppliers. •Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. •Monitor customer experience projects/initiatives from initiation on an on-going basis to ensure that project and customer experience goals are achieved. •Prepares PowerPoint reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.
