•Implemented project controls guidelines and procedures to organized and scheduled project work, taking account of time and resource constraint •Used planning session to develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and implemented it. •Created resources, roles and scheduled the project. •Created activity codes, and assigned activity codes to activities using Primavera P6. •Analyzed updated schedule and shared analysis with project manager for execution of schedule. •Defined calendars, work breakdown structure, and added activities, using Primavera P6. •Prepared various reports, such as productivity analysis, man power summaries, and progress. •Created and maintained resource and cost loaded project schedules using Primavera. •Analyzed project report using earns value management. •Find deviations and explain to the project manager why they are there. •Set the baseline, tracked project progress in relation to the timeline/baseline, and updated weekly schedule using Primavera. •Provided accurate, clear, and timely status reporting with the use of excel spreadsheets and Primavera. •Taught internal new hire training classes Primavera P6 and project management process. •Met with project managers, project teams and senior managers on a monthly basis or has directed by the PMO.
