Daily Duties at Merck & Company, Inc:
-Coordinate deployment efforts involving technical resources. Also manage project calendar assisting PM. -Managed resources in a technical support environment which involved a 20 person team as a Support Lead for various financial areas. Managed enhancements for a broad range of financial systems which included providing system architecture diagrams, integration and system testing. - Managed work streams as the IT lead for all Tax area applications impacted by planned and or unplanned SAP migrations and or upgrades. -Worked in the demand management space with PM’s and account managers to draft up estimating schedules regarding IT deliverables and using RACI diagrams.
