• Negotiated 93% claims settlement satisfaction with minimal litigation exposure. • Accountable for the investigation of theft, fire, hurricane, and flood property claims. Scoped and wrote estimates for accuracy and repair ability. Set adequate reserves for settlements of total losses. • Investigated and identified cause and origins for total loss fire losses. Effectively worked with salvage vendors, independent investigators, police departments, and legal counsels. Submitted referrals to our SIU fraud investigation department for potential subrogation.
