Daily Duties at Aon Risk Services Of Florida:
• Resolve complex claim issues, evaluate risks, and implement necessary risk management control strategies to our clients. Responsible for rectify, billing and/or policy issuance discrepancies with the carrier in order to maintain strong relationships. • Assisted in Third Party Administrator selection within a geographical area by providing feedback to account managers in regards to submission flows and hit ratios with each admitted carrier. • Led client renewal meetings to discuss possible cross -selling consulting opportunities with account managers in order to provide their clients with a more competitive package proposal. • Ordered loss-runs on all upcoming clients renewals, analyzed their loss ratio in terms of claims frequency. Reported claims to carriers, facilitated file reviews for general liability claims and conducted claim audits on commercial property claims. • Provided expert advice to the account managers and clients in regards to their commercial property and casualty questions in a timely manner.
