Schedule several face-to-face appointments per week ranging from: Commercial Managers-to Condominium Associations Presidents, VP, & Board Members. Oversee day-to-day operations of the disaster recovery specialists. Introduce and sell products and services to both residential and commercial clients in the event of a property insurance loss. Negotiate short and long term agreements and deploy services to clients. Manage direct billing to insurance companies. Review clients insurance master policies to establish coverages and deductibility eligibility. Prepare sales reports for month end commissions. Ensure clients satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.
