• 10G/s PHY products to be qualified for Cisco, Intel, and Extreme networks. • Prepare qual plans, reliability tests, progress monitor, and reporting • Qualified at Cisco and Intel as a result of my efforts • Failure analysis -- CDE (Cable Discharge Event) failures at Cisco and Intel, Device clock distortion at cold temp, 40nm metal short causing yield problem, etc. • Yield analysis – 90nm, 65nm and 40nm products at TSMC with my product engineering background
