Responsible for AllCare Health’s growth across the region covered by our Tri-Cities location. Duties include: securing new clients, establishing the care plan and payment arrangements for new clients, identifying and recruiting caregivers for clients in this region, arranging new client schedules, supporting AllCare Health’s care management team related to ongoing scheduling and recruiting needs for clients in this region, supporting client retention, development, input, and ongoing updating of the business development plan and performance goals for the region, referral source relationship development and management, including referral source tracking.
