Daily Duties at American Express:
-Cold call prospective customers from various demographics to obtain information about the need for the one of their financial products, as well as to help them complete and process applications. -Attend meetings regarding marketing strategies for all American Express Financial products, -Participate as team member or as team leader in various projects regarding Marketing, Public Awareness, Fiscal Responsibility, and the rewards system for American Express products, as well as ad hoc projects. -Research various American Express products offered to the public, strategize methods with marketing and advertising teams of product saturation through all media outlets (print, television, radio, and internet), including working on search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
