Daily Duties at Halmode Apparel:
Designer - Dresses Identify key trends in dresses through domestic research and competitive shopping in Europe. Manage a sample room consisting of seamstresses, pattern makers and cutters. Coordinating sample making to ensure all samples where completed correctly and on time for merchandisers to present to store buyers quarterly. Work directly with fabric wholesalers to purchase all fabrications Design all embellishments and work directly with factories on all embroideries, beading and trimmings. Approve all construction and fit of garments
