• Complete and total control over a multi million dollar operation incorporating a large amount of employees and high tech equipment. • All record keeping and documentation for maters dealing with employee’s benefits, vacations, and other human recourses issues. • Implementing all base pays, pay raises and cost of living decisions for all employees’ short term and long. • Incorporating new employees into the company as well as enforcing corporate rules and guidelines through disciplinary avenues, write ups and terminations. • Implementing a variety of new tracking methods enabling the company to track production, waist and cost vs. man power hours causing a drastic drop in related costs. • Making safety a new state of mind though different programs focusing on real life experiences from real people causing the entire location to think “Safety First”.
