Daily Duties at Mci:
Supervision of 18 sales associates in the sales of long distance and regional calling packages. Provided daily monitoring and coaching of daily work performance and goal setting to enhance that performance Developed and implement workshops/ training modules designs to increase job performance above expectation and daily goals. Responsible for monitoring daily data consumptions of sales associates thru CPH/APH and talk-time indicators and setting the data flow throughout the center to maintain an even flow of lead distribution.
