Daily Duties at West Corporation:
Conducted on site new hire orientation, and training classes for multi-segment call center of 1500+ associates for Cingular –AT&T customer service and Dish Network technical services. Demonstrated use of People Soft, Spectrum, Tesla, Citrix platforms for CRM programs (Telegence and Care) and Web Ops software in daily duties for administrative task used. Utilized PeopleSoft – for tracking attendance roster and payroll submissions, paid and non paid time off submissions and benefits
