Daily Duties at Voice Media Group:

I directed the National Sales Operations, including the training and development of staff, managing resource allocation for all marketing tasks and projects. I effectively collaborated with the national sales team in satellite offices located in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles to create and implement marketing plans for print, digital, sponsorship and promotional initiatives. Through persuasive communication, I influenced network partners to evolve their websites to increase exposure and sales opportunities. I initiated the launch and creation of a new website and maintained content through a proprietary Content Management System in large part to support rebranding efforts. I established strong colleague and client relationships and created cost effective contracts to retain and grow business. I effectively worked with cross functional teams in strategic planning and implementation of sales efforts by identifying and using multi-platform marketing capabilities to consistently exceed company and personal sales goals. I spearheaded the national digital sales and all marketing efforts with a focus on digital space including online display, social media, mobile and text as part of multi-platform campaigns. Fostered relationships with key decision makers with national and in house advertising agencies. • Responsible for driving national digital sales and all marketing efforts with heavy emphasis on the digital space including but not limited to: online display, social media, mobile and text as part of multi-platform campaigns • Prospected, distributed and managed sales leads through systematic CRM protocol • Negotiated and implemented contracts with key 3rd party sales partners • Established new and developed existing relationships with key decision makers within national and in-house advertising agencies • Designed and created industry specific sales decks involving non-traditional advertising opportunities • Responsible for motivating national sales professionals representing multi-market, multi-platform sales efforts in satellite offices in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.
