Oversaw the clinical monitoring for numerous clinical research projects: 3 investigator-initiated pilot, numerous cooperative group phase II-IV clinical trials, and 5 clinical research/pharmaceutical studies. Pharmaceutical industry experience spanned 9 additive years with various sponsors: IDM Pharma, Moffitt/Suncoast CCOP Research Base, Quintiles/Eiasi, and Eusa Pharma. Utilized, as an end-user, many work-specific applications/clinical data management systems: Oracle and .NET applications, Centricity® EMR 9.2, LastWord Client for Java (Centricity® Enterprise), Citrix XenApp, Epic Systems, Clinical Trials Support Unit’s (CTSU) Oncology Patient Enrollment Network (OPEN), and Medidata Rave®. Drafted research protocols for grants and IRB submissions that required minimal revisions by the principal investigator. Improved technical writing skills and was trusted to draft grant proposals.
