Analyzed, assessed, and made decisions on large municipal, commercial, Native Americans/Gaming and foreign parent entities based upon credit management policy and current economic climate. Achieved annual volume $275M in credit lines with exceptionally low loss rate of 0.7%. • Structured and negotiated lease contracts with vendor and legal teams. Specialized in state and local government request for proposal and quotes, solicitations and commercial contracts. • Assisted with loss mitigations and portfolio management on assigned portfolio. Reviewed all underlying contracts, ensuring Government entities could terminate, verified reasons, negotiated with the Vendor for possible buy back of the lease, and reviewed financial condition to see if payment restructuring would be possible.
