Asked to join organization by CEO to build Human Resources function from the ground up for start-up firm (200+ locations, 1,000 employees, 13 states), including developing Human Resource technology, creating organizational design and structure, managing employee lifecycle processes, and building talent pipelines. Maximized a $50M budget.
