! Underwrote all Citi Private Bank high net worth workouts on Trusts, LLC’s and individuals with bank exposures $1.5M to an excess of $20MM. Negotiate terms with borrowers, implement policies and procedures, keeping with compliance and new regulatory requirements. ! Performed credit analysis of financial package and supporting documentation such as profit and loss statements, personal & corp. tax returns, accounts, income and expenses. Rental streams. Analyze appraisals, LTV, lien position, status of RE taxes, all note and title documents ! Concluded qualified terms, formally recommend the approval or decline to senior management through supporting documentation and dialogue on modification agreements, forbearance agreements, short sales/soft notes, payment plans, and foreclosure process. Keeping in guidelines of 31% monthly mortgage payment ratio. Effectively assessing risk and optimizing tools for decision-making (Bank owned programs). ! Capitalize or Defer past due, escrow taxes, collect upfront funds, liquidate PAM funds and apply accordingly, obtain secured accounts, evaluate reduced interest rates. Recommend and track write-downs. ! Recommend exceptions and obtain internal counsel approval. Alert Bank of strategic defaults and short sales not in the Bank’s best interest. ! Work closely with senior management and virtual teams to ensure the compliance of approvals and declines to completion, create and maintain client workout files. Hard files reflect soft files in appropriate systems (primarily DRI, Filenet and OCS) at all times. ! Monitored the entire Citi Private Bank 90+DPD bucket. Including the CMI CPB (bank exposures under $1.5MM) workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcy procedures. Make recommendations on collection and mitigation as needed. Designed and implemented a monthly delinquency status tracking reports. Monitor and helped maintain month-to-month default ratio reports. ! Ensure risk and return results meet with the Bank’s standards and collective goals in connection with the management of 30- 90+ DPD. Escalate issues as needed. ! Proactively reduce the 12-month average default ratio. The 30+ average was 1.9% with a 12 month high of 2.4%, to 1.6% in October. The 90+ average was 1.0% with a high of 1.2% and a low of .09% in October. ! Identified opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiencies in day-to-day job responsibilities, and enhance skills and professional development through exceptional internal training. ! Follow fair lending policies and anti money laundering compliance requirements to protect the Bank and its franchises. ! Anticipate issues and offer practical solutions to protect Bank assets, advise management on estimated losses, recommend write-offs, and set upset bids for foreclosure auctions based on FAS 114.
