Performed special investigative audits and present to senior management and the audit committee, assist in all aspects of the internal audit process and completion of the annual audit plan, and made recommendations to bank management on internal controls and safeguards, the accounting system, and regulatory and legal compliance ! Incorporated the policy and procedures of the parent bank, National Penn Bank into Panasia Bank, including software programs, the loan approval process and the management of the existing portfolio. ! Monthly, Projection, Pipeline, Closed Loans, Renewals, Watch Loan, Declined and Withdrawn Loan Reports. Monitored and remedied past due and charged off loans. Loan work out and litigation. ! Trained branch AA's the collection and portfolio management procedures. Analyzed and implemented training for retail loan products. Assisted Auditors and OCC. Remedied CRA Issuance.
