Designed and implemented high impact development experiences for clients in areas of learning design, instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles, adult learning, blended learning strategies and emerging e-learning practices. Led company’s positioning and brand, collateral development, and business development activities. Consulted with senior business and HR executives of Flextronics, Adobe, Analog Devices, Synopsys, Lam Research and others to design, develop, and implement high impact executive learning programs. Collaborated with Agilent and Land O' Lakes to create unique experiential learning programs to drive executive alignment to business strategies
