Daily Duties at Parker Auto Supply:

Store manager only, initially, and responsible for day-to-day operations inside a NAPA Auto Parts store, including customer service, sales and profitability, personnel management, delivery fleet management, prospecting for customers. From 1993-1996, combined my duties as a store manager with the responsibility for implementing a company-wide factory-direct ordering system for our 5-store group. Responsible for ordering, receiving, and allocating the merchandise as it arrived from the various NAPA suppliers. All without the help of a multi-store computer system.
