• Managed the accounting department • Secured financing for all projects - acquisition and development loans, construction loans, and permanent financing. • Coordinated all audits with outside CPAs. • Researched tax strategies. • Lead job costs meetings to evaluate all jobs to see if they were on budget. • Prepared loan packages for all lenders. • Company liaison with our various lenders for presenting new projects and historical information • Oversaw the entire property management department which included: supervising the property managers, rent collections, maintenance of the properties, marketing and leasing of unoccupied space, credit analysis of prospective tenants, reconciliation of CAM charges, ensuring that operating costs were within budget, and preparation of all property management reports that were presented to the owners on a monthly basis.
