Daily Duties at Idegy:

 Worked extensively with clients throughout the order process for a promotional products company.  Negotiated pricing and turnaround time, troubleshot and resolved issues for custom made products.  Supported accounts receivable department by administering billing, invoices, payments, statements, and account follow-up after order delivery.  Managed overseas shipments, ensuring compliance with customs.  Successfully worked with several high-profile, high-volume payment accounts, including the Cincinnati Reds, the Detroit Red Wings, Motorola Inc., and the Chicago Sky  Oversaw and arranged importing of custom items from multiple Chinese factories to meet client event dates such as: promotional game day giveaways at the stadium, and sponsor events.
