Daily Duties at Leaderpromos:

 Tasked with collaborating with all members of Beauty team to manage project flow as well as deadlines.  Delegated tasks and deadlines required to complete projects to appropriate team members.  Ensured projects were completed within estimated budgets.  Partnered with sourcing agents and factory representatives to ensure high quality and prompt delivery of samples, testing protocol and outcomes, timely turnover of product, and punctual release of all required paperwork.  Worked directly with customs brokers and freight forwarders to guarantee cost-effective, timely delivery of goods to client locations.  Continuously look for new ways to improve our processes and work flow/work load. Recommend efficiencies to executive team, and manage new processes to success.  Handled an array of special projects and other duties as directed by Vice President and CEO.
