Daily Duties at Progressive Casualty Insurance:
I am a developer in the ERO (Enterprise Resource Organization) in Progressive. I am working in PolicyPro, one of the biggest projects in the history of Insurance industry. My tasks are: - requirement gathering & analysis - system & application design - coding changes - unit testing - thin client architecture is followed - experienced developer in UI, Servicing, and Data Architecture - UI related Projects: LienAddress Vehicle Flow, VOI & ID Flow, Vehicle Eligibility Requirement - Servicing related Project: Automation of ACE - Data Architecture related Project: State Reporting Prior to this successfully completed SQL Server migration project. - Migrated the SSIS jobs from 2005 to 2008 - Changed the connection strings (ServerName, Database, Provider, Port Number) - Changed the scripts in SQLCMD jobs
