This allowed internal entities and Contract Managers a better view of actual contract profitability. • Acted as a point of contact between Contract Managers, Account Managers, Project Managers and external suppliers. Recognized for excellent support by winning BT Team Spirit award. • Streamlined existing process with external suppliers by establishing weekly meetings, better tracking of issues and dispute timelines. • Created management reporting on an ad hoc basis
