Daily Duties at At&T Business Marketing Org:

- Principal member of a new Business Marketing Org. charged with driving customer experience and product inter-operability improvements across the portfolio resulting in improvement to the NPS (Net Promoter Score). Area of focus is AMS – which contributes $44M in revenue annually with a projected growth rate of over 50% for each of the next three years. Leading the AMS Customer Experience (CE) data inventory and repository build • Managing a team of solution architects in a discovery process to document the current “as is” experience for AMS customers, including paint point identification, bright spots and opportunities. • Executing an inventory of existing AMS Customer experience data intelligence. Designing a data collection plan through surveys, focus groups and interviews to address knowledge gaps. Leading the AMS Capital Infrastructure build • Designing the approach and execution for infusing CE governance for a $35M systems infrastructure build-out. Building and maintaining a project funnel for AMS CE projects • Building prioritization and scoring model to help influence capital investment based on CE impact • Developing a dashboard to monitor and measure initiative and project CE and NPS impact.
