Daily Duties at Allied Barton Security Services:

I manage a staff of 35 security officers at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco, CA. I am in charge of training the staff, protection of all of the patrons, tenants and mall management of the Galleria. We are in charge of the Life Safety System, CCTV and installation. I have to complete reports in a timely manner and submit the paperwork weekly and complete a monthly Executive Summary to the client and my managers. I have to prepare training programs for my staff, weekly. I have to make sure that my staff is trained in CPR/AED, Handcuffing/Pepper Spray training, Comprehensive Patrol Techniques, Customer Service and being professional.
