Daily Duties at Halo:
Opened 12,000 square feet, upscale concept dance club in 2008. As company president guided company branding, and set policies and procedures. Handled business administration overseeing financial records, taxes, licensing, insurance, banking and communications. Prepared P&L’s and other financial analytics controlling expenditures and setting budgets. Managed human resources; interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations and terminations. Procured product and tracked inventory. Resolved customer service issues. Designed effectual image advertizing aimed at key demographics. Oversaw facility maintenance.
