Daily Duties at Icg Communications, Inc.:
As a senior business analyst in the Finance Billing Group I started as a liaison between telecom client services. I was tasked with producing and how to manual for the billing group covering how to handle payments and adjustments in the new Oracle system. Using this manual I also trained the billing group for our conversion of multiple billing systems into Oracle. Continued to work on the conversion cleaning up problems and doing validations on the new CBP billing systems we added.
