Daily Duties at Transformation:
Trained various software applications such as: medical record keeping soft ware use by nursing and other staff members. Participated in troubleshooting software for technicians’ engineers, customer service and sales in the telecom industry. Software was for CRM and Service Ticketing Software Facilitate transitional workshops/seminars dealing with changes within life and how to make proper choices and steps during various stages in life from adolescents to adulthood. Train corporate clients with emphasis on goal setting, peak performance results, management interpersonal enhancement, success & leadership seminars, coping in transition and continuous improvement. Designing of printed materials such as postcard and flier announcements, brochures, pamphlets, books for trainings and conferences and PowerPoint presentations.
