Dietitian and Social Worker patient case assessment Installed systems, downloaded software, reprogramming and troubleshooting as necessary Ensured that essential records and documentation updated and ready for software and system conversion dates. Managed conversion process of medical records and charting software systems. Followed up and ensured that all staff members trained in all vital areas of daily processes.
