Oversaw all legal and other aspects of international sales contracts and ensured export compliance for an $870 million business unit of a $2.4 billion company. Supervised up to 35 professionals, including 2 managers with J.D. degrees. Entrusted with signing authority to execute contracts of up to $10 million. Influenced decision-making across overseas business units. Provided direction in over 300 sales proposals and 480 complex sales and license agreements for Rockwell Collins, the contracts spanned across 30 countries and had a total estimated value of over $250 million annually. Joint marketing, teaming and foreign sales representative agreements. Conducted annual business conduct/ethics training of employees. Advised on FCPA issues as arose.
