Daily Duties at Bell Helicopter:
I managed the production teams for all print, copy center, graphics, photos, video and multimedia projects produced with a staff of 19. I was responsible for project budgets, schedules and freelance resources to maintain quality, schedule, content and creativity of projects. I built creative teams and mentored staff in creating individual and group career growth goals and plans to accomplish these goals.
